Leadership
Mollie Sloter
director
Mollie Sloter started her involvement with Camp Impact in 2014, when she quickly fell in love with the campers and the mission of the camp. She has returned every summer since, moving through the positions of counselor, Co-Leader, Group Leader, Student Director, Alumni Volunteer, and Adult Volunteer. Mollie has experience in every aspect of Camp Impact and is excited to share her passion and expertise with every member of the Camp Impact community. It is Mollie’s goal to ensure that Camp Impact continues to grow and to give as many children as possible the opportunity to attend summer camp.
Professionally, Mollie is a 2nd grade teacher at The Kessler School in Dallas. She graduated from Tulane University in 2022 with a BS in Psychology and a BA in Sociology. Mollie also earned her master’s degree in Behavioral Health from Tulane in 2023. When not working, Mollie can be found reading, baking, or walking her dog, Bentley, on the Katy Trail!
Carly Williky
Director
Carly Williky joined the Camp Impact community in 2008. Throughout her time with camp, she has held the positions of counselor, Alumni Volunteer, and Adult Volunteer. Carly’s goal for Camp Impact is more than just to give campers an amazing summer camp experience, but is also to ensure counselors are given the skills and knowledge to be great leaders. Carly is so excited to get the opportunity to be a Director of Camp Impact and continue to secure the future of the organization.
Outside of Camp Impact, Carly is a 1st grade teacher and a Certified School Counselor. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Education. In August 2025, Carly graduated from The University of North Texas with a Master’s Degree in Counseling.
